BACKGROUND: ASH was launched in 2001 by managing principal Anthony Hall. Mr. Hall was previously with Kenexa, an Inc 500 provider of HR Services and Solutions, for seven years. A Senior Manager for Kenexa, he managed clients and personnel within the Talent Acquisition Practice in market areas that included direct and database marketing, consumer products, pharmaceutical, travel services and telecommunications. Mr. Hall has been a member of The American Society of Training and Development, The Society for Human Resource Management and The Direct Marketing Association. Prior to his getting in to the HR Solutions business, Mr. Hall had an 18-year career as a Marketing & Sales executive, a majority of those years with Owens-Corning, Lydall, Inc. and Crown Textiles, Inc. |
